These terms govern the Cernu marketing site and related demo communications. The Cernu product is provided only under a separate written customer agreement. Submitting a demo request does not require Cernu to grant access or provide any particular capability.

Do not submit information you are not authorized to share, disrupt or probe the site, or use it unlawfully. Metrics, staged product views, projections, and customer scenarios are illustrative and are not guarantees of capability or results; the visible claim state and supported profile control.

The site is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cernu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this marketing site.
