Privacy notice
Last updated: July 18, 2026
This notice describes the current Cernu marketing site and demo-request process. Product data is governed by the applicable customer agreement and written customer instructions.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, CRM, team-size range, and whether you are starting or consolidating a sales motion. Your browser creates a random request identifier so a retry does not duplicate the request.
The server records the Cernu page that submitted the request and a bounded user-agent string. It uses a keyed hash of the client network address for abuse-rate limiting; the raw address is not written into the lead or rate-bucket row by this form.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review and respond to your request, arrange a product conversation, understand the requested operating profile, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and secure and debug the form. We do not use a demo request to authorize live outbound activity in the Cernu product.
Storage and sharing
Requests are stored in Cernu's existing marketing database. We use service providers for hosting, database, security, and communications operations and share only what they need to perform those services. We do not sell demo-request information.
Retention and your choices
We retain demo requests while we evaluate and respond to them and as needed for business and legal records. Formal product retention and backup-deletion evidence remains an open assurance gate; this notice does not claim otherwise.
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of marketing information, email privacy@cernu.ai. If information is controlled by a Cernu customer, we may direct the request to that customer.
